• The first reason your brand is costing you sales, is that it looks unprofessional. In 2022 there’s a tonne of competition out there, and if a brand doesn’t look and feel trustworthy, customers will quickly move onto the next option.


• It’s important that your brand identity across social media, your website, and other ways customers interact with you, looks professional so that you can quickly build trust.


• A lot of coaches and other gurus in the industry will tell you that your brand doesn’t matter, it’s secondary. Hands up if you’ve earn that one right? But the truth is, customers will make a decision about your brand in a matter of seconds, so it’s imperative that you make a good first impression.


• Another reason that your brand might be costing you sales is that your message is unclear. Perhaps you’ve DIYe’d for a while now, but that way that you’ve designed your promotions and your website, makes it literally hard for people to understand your offerings, and your message.


• Your customers are busier and more distracted than ever, and they don’t want to work hard to understand how it is you can help them. It’s important that all of your branded promotions are designed in a clean, clear way that gets the message across fast.

• This is especially important if you’re looking to attract clients and customers that see you as the only choice, and to free yourself from the need to compete with theirs in your industry.



• Doesn’t connect with the right people. And finally, the fourth reason your brand might be costing you sales is that it just doesn’t connect with the right people.



• Maybe you created your brand earlier on in your business journey, or did a quick DIY, but you know it doesn’t really represent you or the people you are looking to attract.


• Maybe it sends the wrong message, or just doesn’t look as professional as you’d like. Either way, it’s so important to create a look and feel that your customers and clients will resonate with, and understand that your products and services are for them.
